How to Add a Minor When
Filling Out a Waiver Online

Click the Waiver Link

Log In or Create an Account:

Log in with your email and password, or select “Create Account” to sign up.

Add a Minor:

Select “Add Minor” or “Sign Waiver for a Minor.”

Enter Minor’s Details:

Fill in the minor’s name, date of birth, and other required info.
Complete and Submit the Waiver:

Read the waiver, sign electronically on behalf of the minor, and click “Submit.”

Confirm Completion:

Look for a confirmation message or email to verify the waiver is completed.
Repeat for additional minors if needed.
